Camping in Forest County

The public and private campgrounds of Forest County offer a range of experiences that can meet your vacation needs. Primitive sites at trail-side or in designated Allegheny National Forest Campgrounds can provide a rustic outdoor experience. Other campgrounds with modern bathroom facilities and full hook-ups can be found throughout the county. Many of these also offer family activities, interpretive programs, and some also have camping cabins.

Following is a list of Public Campgrounds, for Private listings see the Lodging section of this website. Further information and help identifying camping facilities can be obtained by contacting the Forest County Tourism Office.
