Main office hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.  The Tionesta Business Park is located on Route 62 north in Tionesta just south of the Tionesta Fish Hatchery.

The Special Projects Consultant's office is located in the Forest County Visitor Center (422 Elm Street) at the junction of routes 36 and 62 in Tionesta.  Office hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.  The Consultant recommends, develops and implements projects for the IDA/IDC Board of Directors.

The IDA and IDC work together to develop and implement projects and programs which:
•  Create jobs
•  Assist, encourage and promote proposed industrial development
•  Acquire and distribute business and economic information of use to existing and prospective businesses in Forest County
•  Promote Forest County and its resources and facilities to businesses as a  potential site for re-location or expansion
•  Assist and encourage residents of Forest County to prepare themselves for gainful employment in the arts, sciences, trades or crafts
•  Assist, encourage and promote projects which will incrase the flow of wages and incomes into trade and commerce in Forest County
•  Develope affordable housing for the residents of Forest County
•  Purchase, acquire, financie, lease and convey land and buildings, and erect / maintiain buildings for the purposes above.

The office is located in the Tionesta Business Park (the former EvenFlow/Crator manufacturing facility) on PA Route 62 just north in Tionesta.  The office is open from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday and by special appointment.

This department administers Forest County's annual Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) entitlement.  Each year the CDBG program provides funding for projects throughout the County which benefit low-moderate income persons.  The Coordinator also provides technical assistance for community and economic development projects throughout the County.
