Tionesta Creek


The famous Nebraska Bridge in the spring.  Come Summer you can canoe down the creek all the way to Tionesta. You can even pass under the bridge on your way. 
Tionesta Creek is a great place to go swimming, fishing, hunting, or just enjoy a lazy day in the sun.  A favorite fishing spot is off the Nebraska Bridge.
This picture is of the New Town Flats Area.  There used to be a town in this field prior to the construction of the Tionesta Dam.
On the upper end of Tionesta Creek you can visit Minister Creek and spend a night at the campground.  You are sure to see lots of wildlife around the creek,  so come and visit this beautiful area.

 

This photograph was taken from the Kelletville Bridge. Kelletville is a small town on the creek where the Flying W Ranch is located.
